Hi
I have a A3 SE Technik 2009 model

it went well when i bought it , i mean smooth suspension , but after an year now it is very rough ie. when i ride on potholes , i can really feel the bumps on the road
i checked with halfords they say suspension , shock absorbers and coils are ok

I am not sure why it has turned into a rough ride now
