Which shocks to go for?

I have a question on my '92 audi 100 CS. I've decided to go with H&R springs and Bilstein shocks to lower my car, as there really isn't much other choice. But I have 2 options on the shocks. Touring (softer) or Sport. This car is a daily driver and I don't really plan to ever race it or anything, so comfort is defintely an issue. I was just interested to know if the touring will be able to deal with the new springs. Because if they will work, I don't need the sport versions of the struts/shocks. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Well I found Bilstien's Product Catalog in PDF form and it has descriptions about all the different type shocks they offer and it describes the sport shocks as what you'd use with aftermarket springs. So I guess my question is answered. I'll just leave this here for reference.

I guess I do have one question though. What is a good spring rate (is that what it's called?) for an H&R spring set?

make sure with the touring they can handle lowering springs. you wouldn't want to blow one of them.
