2002 Audi A4 B6 1.8T no heat and check engine code p0411
 

All of the sudden the heat stopped working in my car and then a day or so later the check engine light comes on with code p0411. The only culprit I could find that might be stopping this stuff from working is a broken hose. Is this the issue?

That hose is just under the intake to the left of the engine
