Airbag light came on..VAG-COM "no response from controller"
 

Audi A4 B5 1.8T 1997

Airbag light came on due to front seat removal.
And now I can't get it OFF.
I have tried VCDSlite with cheap ebay VAG KKL cable.
I CAN READ/CLEAR engine, ABS, Aircon errors.

BUT when I try to read Airbag, only ""no response from controller" appears.

What to do? Is the Airbag controller itself faulty??
