Audi A8 D2 VagCom Help !
 

Hello ,

I am new to the VAG scene ! I just bought and Audi A8 D2 2.5 TDI !

And i have some problems i cannot understand !

My dashboard is like a Christmas tree , i have ESP / ABS / AirBag lights on the dash on + the one in the middle saying i have to change my brake pads with a big warning light under it !

I tryid to connect VAG-COM and i could not connect to the car ! Tried the 2 VAGCOM's (original RosTech one and also the one from ebay that works on my friends Scirocco !) , but nothing i keep getting the Interface not found thingy !

The old owner told me that the connection problemes comes from the Angle Sensor or something like that , more like the problems accured after he changed the sensor !

I am a really maniac guy with my cars , i like everything to be nice , clean , well cared for !

So could anybody help me with this ?! i have no ideea what to do more !

More info :

Audi A8 D2 2.5TDI V6 from 1999 with 300,000 km on it !

Everything is original (navigation plus etc etc) only the stearing wheel comes from the new Audi A6 !
