Can vag-com program keys and change interior light timing?
 

My 2009 A4 Cabrio has a weird issue where the interior lights come on and go right off when the driver door is opened. Can vag-com change this? Also, I was only given one key when I bought my used car and am looking to find out if vag-com can program keys.
