passed emissions.... whew!!! (4B,C5)
 

I'm no expert or anything at all. But my CEL came on a week before my birthday and I don't know why but I always wait last minute for emissions testing (learned my lesson now ). I went to Autozone got it plugged up and got a P0431 code. Long story short I ordered the blue cable from Amazon and cleared the faults drove only 55miles got a passed on everything went straight to the testing spot and passed emissions:cool:. I was soooo happy especially since I riding around with expired registration. (And my uncle told me it wasn't worth ordering ... well it definitely helped me out,) Can't wait to learn more about it.

Yep, you can do that if it will stay clear for several days and some minimum number of miles you're golden. You can't however do it *right* before the emissions test. The test will detect that it was reset and not driven/used enough and you'll fail the test. I'm not sure that the "minimum" values of required driving are known to anyone so it's a bit of a guess.
