Got all kinds of codes here all I really want to do is stop the car from going into limp mode. p1479-008, p1545-001,p1602-002 all intermittent.p1857-003 intermittent. 01826,p1848 intermittent.00604 intermittent,00716blocked or no voltage,01592 open or short to plus.00562 intermittent,01176 signal low-intermittent.00774 rear left 28-00 short to plus,00776left front open or short to ground.00858 open circuit. I really need help walking through this stuff!! There's descriptions for each failure too and if you ask questions I'll try and answer them as best I can.

 

Well I talked to a euro mechanic friend of mine and he said change the coil packs and voila problem gone. I also went into the diy and cleaned the mav and throttle body and sensor there. Whole job took a few hours and all seems fine so far, car running great!!

Searching for assistance on getting my VAG-COM 409.1 to work. I keep getting the "to perform this task, registration is needed..." or something similar to that. Any idea how to bypass that and fix my 99 Audi A6, P1545 code? Laptop has Windows 8 and no matter what I do, cannot make it passed this section.
Also, to where is the section to post a new message here...was looking for "post new message" button but do not see it.
