The car had a break with the water pump causing some valve and/or piston damage. The car still runs but the valves will need to be replaced eventually - or this car will be a great source for parts as most of the major components were recently replaced:

Timing belt, water pump, tensioner, drive belt, etc - brand new and were replaced less than a month ago (before I knew about the valves)
Coolant system - reservoir, thermostat, hoses, etc.
Fuel pump - replaced ~135k miles
Tires - replaced at 102k miles
brakes - replaced at 133k miles

Other than that the car is in near perfect shape inside and out and still looks brand new. After the owner (me) moved out of state it has been garaged at my family's home and driven occasionally for most of the past 5 years! I took good care of this car and can provide the full maintenance history.
