AfterMath thoughts and photo's, SOLVANG gtg!!!
I would like to thank every single one of you who attended our Solvang GTG today. It wouldn't be what it was today without you guys.
For all of the people who brought food, grilling (Jason, thanks a lot buddy), pictures, finding the spot (thanks Oetty), and everything else that I did not mention. Your contributions mean a lot and will not be forgotten.
On another note, I also would like to apologize if there were any errors, flaws, or anything that you didn't like and didn't go as planned.
I thought that the people were great. It was nice seeing some new faces and some familiar faces:
-Mr. & Mrs. Wilcox, finally get to put the faces. Nice seeing you guys today and hopefully you guys will make more of our GTG's.
-BlkOutTT, nice meeting you today. Thanks for going out of your way to get us some stuff. Hopefully you will be able to make some of the GTG's down in the LA/OC area.
-FourRingCircus, it was nice meeting you and your family. I hope to see more of you, your wife, and the A6.
-ak47, thanks for joining us at breakfast this morning. Hopefully you will be able to make the cruise and more of our GTG's next time.
-biddi, it was a pleasure meeting you and your family. Sorry you got lost from the group. Hopefully, you will be able to make more of our GTG's.
And the rest of the familiar faces/AF regulars: thanks for all of the support and keeping our GTG's alive. You guys are the reason why we always have succesfull GTG's.
Chef, you do make the best darn cheesecake I ever tasted! I want some more of that! (too bad I was too full to have my second slice today!
).
Oh yeah, thanks everyone who brought the 2 ways. Those things made the trip twice as fun!
So what did you guys think? Did you like Solvang?

Aw shucks Kriptonik. That got me all choked up. I had a good time meeting you all too. As a bonus, even my wife had a good time. I had a misadventure chasing Chef home on the 101 (see post on page 15 in the epic thread that proceeded this one).
Damn good Cheesecake CHEF!
Good Grilling Jason, thanks!
THanks for the photos!
Thanks for bringing all of the yummy food and supplies!
See you all at the next one!

Hey Hey Hey,
That was a very fun day. Thanks to everyone who brought food and planned the event. Special thanks to Jason for cooking all of that food. You are truly the man of my dreams!
It was actually nice being the chef and NOT cooking, although I really did enjoy eating everything, especially the carne asada.
It was a nice change to hear my wife say she had fun at an AF event. It must have been all of the wife's that showed for the event? If it was just all of us geeky guy's playing football, and scarfing down large amount of charred flesh, she probably would have harrassed me all the way home.[&:]
Also, It was nice playing tag with Aaron on the way home. I had fun on the few jaunts up over 100 mph. I couldn't play "Nam" much on the way back, or again, my wife would have killed me. Maybe we can have a much more clear, solo, cruise at some point??? LOL
SoCal throws down again!!!
Cheers!
