i had one, bought it awhile ago, gf "borrowed" to use for work years ago and I never got it back lol

i am saving up for an SLR, something basic and decent...i'll use it mainly for my car and maybe the gf haha

It's pretty much the same thing as the 50D plus it can record in decent frames!

Come on, that's a pretty good camera for that price!
