just had my magnaflow put on 3 weeks ago (cats back) it is load as fu(k maybe to load i am thinking of putting the res back on we'll see... hope you like it

Cool. I am interested in which parts you used, which shop, etc. Did you already have the res removed, or did you do that with the catback install?

 

Yeah g-tech, I'm going no res first and seeing if it's ultra loud and if it drones. If it does, on with the resonator!

Four Ring, if you're down here in SD there's a shop called American Muffler who's gonna be doing mine. The guy I spoke with said I wouldn't pay anything more than 300 bucks out the door so I'm happy.

The price is right, but no SD trips are in my plans. On the A6, the custom magnaflow seems like the only reasonable option. Everything else is really overpriced.

i used magnaflow #14816 which is the same as yours but mine has the dble walled tips, no res cats back 2.5
rhynoliteif you already have the muffler 300 is way over priced i shopped around and foumd a great shop that mandrel bent it for 175 minus muffler i ordered that from some where else for 170 so about 345 total but if that includes muffler good deal. i will take some vid this weekend so everyone can hear it. some of you will hear it at dougs on fri
