Feeler - 19x8 TSW Volcanos hyper black

I'm selling my 19x8 TSW Volcano wheels. Hyperblack with 2" polished lip. One has a 2-3" curb rash. All are 100% straight, no bends, no cracks, perfect air-holding. They're 5x112 (duh) and ET42 (originally intended for use on a GTI). I bought 5mm spacers to correct the offset to 37 for the right fit on a B5, and also bought new wheel bolts 5mm longer than stock to compensate. The wheels have one season's use, and include the proper TSW hubcentric rings to center them on the Audi hubs. Tires are shot due to my negative camber, and I'll remove them for you to save you the hassle/expense of shipping or transport. Here's a couple shots (the winter pics were fitment only - they were then removed and not run until spring):

I'm selling these to run a set of B5 S4 wheels this year while I debate what/if I'll get to officially replace them. Spacers and wheel bolts ran me $150 plus s/h from two vendors (spacers from ECS, bolts from Black Forest Industries). The wheels retail at $254 each from WheelsNext (http://www.wheelsnext.com/wheels-rim...yperblack.html). Again, no tires - wheels, hubcentric rings, spacers, and extended chrome wheel bolts are included. All told, the package would retail new at $1166 excluding shipping costs. I'm asking $650.

Feel free to contact me via PM or email, and I can provide you my cell as well as various pics of the wheels via email or text. Quite a few forum members have seen these in person on my car and I'm sure I could refer you to them to attest to the condition of the wheels. They're on my car in my sig and many other pics have been posted on the forum as well.

Again, all the pricing for this stuff is available with the info above. Please be realistic with any offers. At this time I'm looking at a cash sale, or a combination of cash and tires (225-45-17 for the S4 wheels I'll be running - used but good tread would be fine - my camber is going to destroy them anyway). Other than that, I'm not looking to trade for other wheels or parts at this time. Contact me via email/PM/cell/carrier pigeon and we can set it up.

Thanks.

Sexy as hell, still Jeremy. If I was still upstate, I would have to consider them very seriously. Is the negative camber that's killing your tires from the drop in suspension, or did you have to do it to make them fit?

ImTheDevil 03-11-2011 02:03 PM

Yeah it's due to my 2.5" drop. I have a potential buyer right now - we're going to test fit them on his stage 3 car to see how well they clear his 355mm StopTechs. If they do, they're his.

sweet. good luck with the sale.

Are these still for sale?

Aside... do you know anyone by the name of Matt Wyka? he went to Binghamton...

ImTheDevil 03-26-2011 11:15 AM

Yes the wheels are still available. I don't know Matt though - Audi guy or just someone you know?

redhat 03-31-2011 09:41 PM

Nah, just someone I know. I changed my mind about the rims, but I still like the design. Sorry bout that! Good luck finding a buyer.
