I have a set of brand new Stern ST-2 rims (never been mounted) with brand new General Exclaim UHP tires (balanced) for sale. The rims are in a staggered arrangement, 19x8.5" fronts with a 2" lip, and 19x9.5" rears with a 3" lip. Lips are in a polished finish with the rest of the rim in flat black. The offset is 35 for both fronts and rears in a 5x112 bolt pattern. Here is a website to see fitment:
