If the seller of the wheel's says it was made in Original Equipment Plant, does that mean the wheels are not replicas?

Specifically, I am looking at these:

They have the audi rings and everything, so it seems to be legit, but the price is way better than anything else I've seen.

If the replica's are made in Italy (The Wheelscompany)then they have the same quality as Original.....if not...better save more money...
