RS6 5 spoke 18'' Alloys

Hi have got 2 of these with no Tyres anyone got 2 more and 4 tyres? Would prefer 45's as opposed to 40's would these still fit a 2002 A4 2.0 SE?

I have a complete set of these in great condition. No tires tho.
Buy my whole set and keep one of yours as spare.
