They are in new condition. I put them on once and then found out the existing pads were fine (the rotors were the culprit) so I pulled them back off and have them ready to go. They were for a 98' A8, but should fit most D2 A8s. The Satisfied P/N is PR555 and they were purchased at Tire Rack. E-mail me with offers. I paid $85 for them but will take the best offer over $40.
