Default 08 a4 quatro 17 in rims to 18 in rims - need help

Hey guys great being on the forum need some help here with rims.....so stck rime are 17x7.5 bolt pattern is 112mm and the offset is 45mm I wanted to put on 18x7.5 bolt pattern is 112mm and offset is 54mm.

Do I need to do anything for the offset or will they fit on the car with no problem I would go with 235 40 18 tires but should I go with a all season or more performance tire, I live in Philly.

According to online offset calculators https://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp, that offset you are 9mm closer to the suspension components and more inset from the fenders on the outside.
