15"s on a 2001 A4
I have a 2001 A4 sport package and was wondering if I could run 15's on it for winter?

Yes you could with stock brakes.
Some non-sport B5's actually came with factory 15's. Just make sure the ET will clear your front brakes (if you have stock brakes I believe even ET 40 should clear).
