Default Backspacing Question

I tried searching for my answer to this and came up empty handed. I am planning on pulling the trigger on a new set of wheels soon and I heard that the backspacing size is very important. I was told my cars size is 5.71 and the wheels I'm looking at (ASA AR1) are showing 5.91. Is this a huge deal and what are the repurcusions of running a different size backspace?

Most Audis have the hubring size of 57.1. And you are correct, some aftermarket wheels tend to have larger hub centers. However, this is when hubcentric rings come into play.

Best of luck.

So I searched around a bit and didn't have much luck finding the adapter that will size the wheels I'm looking at. I found one website that custom fabricates them ( HERE) but they are $100 . They do look quality but that seems pretty steep. Does anyone have any other suggestions on where to find these? I'm looking for 57.1 / 59.1.
