Default ET 35 Rims -- need help!

Here's this scenario.. went to rotate my tires and they noticed a crack in my rear passenger rim. They could not service the vehicle due to this crack. Seems my options are 1) to repair the crack, 2) replace 1 wheel, or 3) buy a new set. I'm exploring the one wheel replacement.

Problem is, I can't find a replacement rim with ET35. I have 19" RS4 rims that came with the car -- likely replicas since I've only found 29MM offset RS4 rims online. So here are my questions:
1) How can I confirm RS4 OEM rims? Is it the width and offset (9" and ET29)?
2) Where can I find a similar replica (or OEM) ET35 rim?
3) Anyone repair a cracked wheel? Is it worth it?
