Need help with wheel sizing!
 

Okay here's the deal. I purchased some vw wheels for my Audi for my winter set of tires. I own everything now and the wheels aren't fitting.

Inside the rims it has all these numbers etc. Ronal 002-0917, A1si7mg, 7Jx15H2 ET37, 3BO601 025K. (I don't know if they're zeros or ones etc lol)

I got these bolt patterns from the site that has these photos.

15" x 7", 5 Lug, 112mm Bolt Pattern, 37mm Offset (01-05 passat)

16" x 7", 5 Lug, 112mm Bolt Pattern, 42mm Offset (My car audi a4 2002)

Is the offset number the reason they don't fit? I know Wheel Adapters | Custom Wheel Adapters | Billet Wheel Adapters Has wheel adapters for anything or can make them.. It can be costly around 50$ per adapter but I already have a bunch of money wraped up in these and it's winter, It would be nice to have the winter tires on my AWD!
