scratched rims
 

hi all,

i just got 4 new tires put on my car at a local shop, and they managed to scratch all 4 wheels. of course they are denying any responsibility for this and said that it is impossible for the head on their machine (plastic/poly) to cause damage to rims. i have my doubts about this, so if anyone has input that would be great! thanks
