Ok so a few years ago I bent the lower control arm and it was replaced and then a standard wheel alignment was done.

However, a year later it was veering off and I brought the car to another place and they said they couldn't do it because it was something other than a wheel alignment. They said it was something like the body or something else that had to be moved and I don't rememeber what they said. The alignment guy even told me that he had the same car and had to bring it somewhere else other than work.

Does anyone know what this was? The terminology to use?
