2002 Audi S4 Avant
the snow tires on my 16" wheels have had it. currently running Michelin Pilot Super Sports on my 17" wheels and love them.

Is it better to buy the snow tires now or wait until fall, when is the pricing and selection and 'freshness' best?

Any recommendation? i live in CT and except for last year, we get a lot of cold and snow.

One my car I have used several different winter tires. From my personal experience and the feed back we have gotten from our customers the Bridgestone Blizzak WS-70 is the best rated. As far as timing goes, soon would be my suggestion. We are getting our inventory in currently of this years winter tires. Since these are seasonal it's best to be early that way you get a set. Guys I always prefer the Dun lop Winter Sport M3/3D over the WS60. I have been contemplating the Nokian for my next tires, but its hard to get rid of the Dun lops,.,.,.

I had the Nokian for the past few years and was very happy with them. a little loud, but i have nothing to compare them.
