These are the spec of the A1 alloys
17in x 7.5J 5 - Twin - Spoke Design Alloy Wheels with 215/40 R17 Tyres and Locking Wheel Bolts
And these are my A3
17in x 6.5J 5 - Spoke Star Design Alloy Wheels with 225/45 R17 Tyres and Locking Wheel Bolts
Can I put the A1 ones on mine?

The tires are what really matter for fitment in the fender.
Your current setup is 225/45 R17, meaning 25" diameter and 8.9" wide.
Your potential purchase is 215/40 R17, meaning 23.8" diameter and 8.5" wide.
The tires and wheels you'd like to pick up are shorter, meaning you won't have any fitment issues with the fenderwell, and narrower, meaning you shouldn't hit anything while turning lock-to-lock.
We'll probably need backspacing information to determine if they'll collide with brake rotors or caliper, but really, 0.6" ((25-23.8)/2) on each side really shouldn't hit anything back there if the brake setup is stock.
