Default Driver side seat leather cut to big at factory

So I recently leased a 2017 A4 from my local Audi dealer (Was a loaner with 4500 miles on it) and almost the second I drove it off the lot I noticed something didn't seem right with the seat. The leather or seat seemed to slip when I accelerated or braked - front to back and side to side. So I took it into the dealer and they confirmed this and explained to me the lower leather cover was cut to big at the factory. They explained this was the first time they had ever seen this issue. So in early April they ordered a new leather cover from Germany and yesterday I had it installed. To my disappointment the issue was not fixed by replacing the lower leather cover. In fact - I decided to check the passenger side seat and it's doing the same thing. They now are telling me I need to bring it back in as they may need to replace something else. Have any of you had an issue like this before? This is my first experience with Audi and I have to say I'm starting to get a bit frustrated.
