RE: Keyless engine start?
since its bad to just let your car warm up... wouldnt somebody think its smarter to engineer a button that pre heats your seats.. so you could have toasty seats when you first got in. Just an idea

RE: Keyless engine start?
how is it bad to let your car warm up tha thas to be the dumbest thing i heard. in the winter you sit for about 3 mins to warm the engine up it gets all the oil going through that was cold. b/c if you drive on a cold engine like you w ould normally drive that will hurt the engine./

Maybe you should do some research. Audi's should not be preheated while at idle. You are suppose to just drove as soon as you turn it on, and keep the rmps below 4k or so until the thermostat pops. It states this in your manual.

S5 Comfort Control Module/ Keyless retrofit help
new to the forum, been reading for a while, now in the middle of a Keyless retro fit adding push start and keyless sensor doors. Have been collecting part and instructions but having an issue with the Comfort control module. Part Number 8K0907064CF, I can't seen to find this part listed on any of the sites out there with the actual codes. I know I need the new module to have the 4F2 and 4K7 codes for keyless, but I want to make sure not to loose any of my current codes. Anyone out there know what codes are in this CCM part or what the correct part number would be for this retrofit. I have a 2011 S5 Convertible 3.0L premium model.
