I just bought a 2018 A5 Sportback. It came with Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season tires ->245/40 R18 97H. However I can't figure out if these are run flat tires or not. Could someone help me figure out how to confirm this?

I'm assuming these are what most A5 Sportbacks that have 18" wheels ship with.
