Default Squeaky Brakes

I have a 2005 TT with rear brakes that squeak only in reverse at slow speeds. Worse when damp or very humid.

Does NAPA has a product that may work?

Default squeaky brakes 2015 new Q7

Frustrated. My 2015 new Q7 brakes squeak all the time. NOT just cold weather. The dealership is saying its due to the fact they use semi metallic brakes. They have cleaned the brakes and replaced the brakes pads and rotors but they still squeak all the time. It is embarrassing to drive the car. Any advice. The dealership and Audi is saying there is nothing more they can do. They suggest I switch to ceramic brake pads but at my cost. I thought Audi would stand behind there product.

I heard this complaint all the time with the VW Touareg - same vehicle essentially - and people would switch to ceramic pads. Are you getting a lot of brake pad dust/film on your rims?

Default Squeaky brakes 2013 Audi A5

My brakes have been squeaking in cold weather and only in reverse ever since I purchased this car new. Problem does not occur in warmer weather or braking when moving forward. Audi has told me repeatedly that it’s because they are high performance brakes and need to be used with force. I don’t buy it. Why does it only happen in cold weather and only in reverse? I love my Audi but I would be hesitant to buy another one in case this problem reoccurs. It is embarrassing to be driving this beautiful luxury vehicle with horrendous squeaky brakes.
