Default boggin/rough idle? only with HVAC off?

hey guys.

quick big problem. got my used 225TT few days ago, and theres this one problem with the idle.

when i started the car, with the HVAC off (no A/C, heat, or fans) the car will idle momentarily perfectly and smoothly, but about 30sec-1min later, it starts to bog.. it seems to rev from 6/700-1000RPM rapidly.

during acceleration and cruising speed the car runs fine.. im still getting used to the feel of the turbo, so i cant really tell if there is a power loss or whatnot.. it might be a placebo, but sometimes it feels like the turbo kicks in and sometimes it doesnt. but thats unsure.

yet i just found out, that if i run the fan, heat, A/C the idle problem goes away. it seems to idle fine, and everything is ok. what problem can there be that the idle is bumpy only with the HVAC off?

any input would be appreciated.

thanks.

ill probably get it looked @ the dealer for a million dollars next week, if i cant figure it out.

gotta be something to with the accessory/hvac belts with timing or idle or something.
