Default a/c pressure

howdy fellas,
searched high and lo and cant find the answer to my Q.

i have a customer in my shop with a 2003 A4 cabriolet 3.0L V6 convertible and they are trying to get their A/C working.

What is the correct pressure high and low side for the A/C system? i think on e of the mechanics in the shop over pressurized the system. the a/c comp clutch is not releasing and its not blowing cold air. no leaks detected.
recently the car took on water due to the drainage for the convertible. based on what ive read the bcm appears to have taken a hit from the water. the windows, top, trunk no longer work. the a/c was having the econ button issue but continued to work intermittently even after the bcm failed. the windows still slightly retract to allow the doors to open and close, however all other functionality has ceased.
if i understand correctly this is a common problem and the BCM needs to be replaced in order to restore functionality to the windows trunk and top. is this correct?
