1994 80 B4 (Power mirror switch+Rear fog light switch)
gday, ive got a b4 80 v6, about a year ago my power mirrors stopped working, i have taken the control until out of the door and cleaned it but i just cant get it to work, neither left or right mirrors can be adjusted, any ideas?
also, my rear fog light switch light (orange triangle) is always on, when lights are turned on, when it should only be illuminated when i press button in. There are 4 switches in that area, Front fog lights, Rear fog lights, Rear window demister, Hazard lights respectively, front fog lights, rear window demister, and hazard warning lights ALL have a red illumination AROUND them when lights are switched on, the Rear fog light, does NOT have this red illumination.
I checked the fuse in the fusebox, which is fuse 1, that controls front+rear fog lights, the fuse is fine.
the Rear fog lights (i think my car only has 1 light installed from factory, the INNER light on the drivers side, next to the boot lock) seems to operate constantly when lights are on, and i cannot switch on and off with dashboard switch.
any ideas will be greatly appreciated, thank you
