I'm putting new Bilstein sport struts in my '00 A4 Quattro. Still waiting for backordered springs so I'm kinda screwed for the moment, but I'm starting to think about it since they should show up next week. Should I be ordering new spring seats, rubbers, etc.? The shocks don't come with them and the directions say "use old" but I'm wondering if that's dumb.

Someone with experience what to throw their 2 cents in?

i would definitely replace any rubber parts not included with the shocks, they probably cost a few bucks at the dealership
