Default Just Another Air Leak Paranoia

The turbo gauge is showing proper pressure. However, I am hearing an extensive ssssssssssssssss sound from this area (pic) under the hood. Excuse my stupidity, but I do not remember if that is okay. Normal or am I going crazy ?

Since you don't notice it on your boost gauge, I'm assuming it's a small vacuum hose leak which would make it easier to hear at idle and it wouldn't affect the boost level due to it's low volume.

Assuming that you can hear it at idle from that location, I'd check your brake booster hose(the hard plastic one that connects to the booster) ,the N249 lines and any other vacuum lines in that area (FPR, PVC) for cracks or tears.

OMG! I can't belive I did that! I hate it when people do that and now I'm that guy! DAMN IT!

Thanks for catching it though
I know, PVC = Polyvinyl Chloride and
PCV = Positive Crankcase Ventilation
