Accessing O2 sensors on a '03 4.2L

Accessing O2 sensors on a '03 4.2L
Ok, looking for suggestions on how in the world to get to the 02 sensors just behind the headers. First pass it actually looks easiest to pull the exhaust and this is not "easy" to me just to change out some sensors. Anyone else done this job?
