Anyone ever experience problems where the FM radio won't come in and the rear defrost isn't working?? Sounds like it must be something not plugged into the rear window, but couldn't find anything (and they hide it pretty well without taking off all the roof liners). Please let me know if anyone has any ideas about what the issue might be before I bring it into the dealer.

There's this DIY to remove your headliner. For you FM is probably your Aerial behind the radio, for the rear window it could be something not plugged or the button itself, which is also, by the radio area, I'd look behind the dash first before taking the head liner out.
