Default steering vibration

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a 2001 audi a4 1.8t with 29000 miles. The car is the sport package so I have the 10 or 12 spoke 17inch wheels with fairly new tread. When I hit 55-60 mph I get a bit of vibration from the steering wheel and I also feel it in the gas pedal. I brought the car back to the dealer and they just balanced and rotated the tires but the vibration is still there. Any help would be appreciated. I was told that I might need an alignment but the car pulls straight and the tires seem to wear evenly. Another person also recommended hub centric rings but I am not so sure that will fix it since vw/audi are lug centric. Any help would be appreciated.
