Anyone ever hear of Pagid break pads? Are they good? A local shop doesn't have the Mintex pads in stock and they want to give me the PAGID pads instead. They say the pads are a step above Mintex. Is this true?

Im not too up on my brake pads.. But i have heard of pagid, IIRC i believe they are pretty good.

 

Pagid are very good, from what i saw on there site some Ferarri and Posche model use there pads, amongst others - they tend to be used for race and top end applications
Dont know if that helps

 

Pagid products are top notch. We use them on our High Performance Driving School cars (330i's, m3's, 911's, and Boxsters)
We get really decent pad life with very little brake fade on the track.
