I am installing S4 seats in my 98 2.8 and the drivers seat is a direct swap aside from the wiring. I am about to tackle the passenger seat and am looking for a little more detail if anyone has done this successfully. I plugged in the red harness to the drivers seat but the air bag harness is different. my original has 2 wires and the harness on the S4 seat has 3 wires. Anyone know how to wire them? Also, on the passenger seat will I need to wire power or anything else? if so, should I wire from the fuse box?

I know it is not easy but the drivers seat is in so no turning back now.

anyone got a wiring diagram for s4 seats? I just need to know where that 3rd wire needs to go.

 

the red plug is for the seats and there are only 2 wires 1 power 1 ground as I am doing the same on my car I just wired them into the lighter the other wire is for the heated seats I'm pretty sure

does your car hace heated seats already ?

 

o my bad I see yo are looking for the airbag harness sorry man mine just plugged right in maybe has to do with being a different year
