I've been reading this forum for a while and this is my first post. I saw an Audi performance chip on Ebay and interested in it. The only problem is not a name brand. Do you guys think it is safe to purchase it? Here is the link:

Im not sure...Ive put that same auction on my watching page but Im not sure about it either....I really want a GIAC but I have to budget my money in performance upgrades for my audi......I think GIAC is the best from what I have researched but I am curious to see what everyone thinks

I would not use that ebay deal. You don't know who is hacking up your ecu. They give no valid company name or location - only a place to send the ecu. Could be some guy doing this stuff in his basement. You should always go with a respectable tuner - you will get support and you will have some guarantee on the work performed.

 

naw i dont think i would bother, rather save my money for the GIAC chip
