Will b5 S4 body parts bolt on to b5 A4s?

I want to install the full ground effects kit....front and rear bumpers and side skirts. will these pieces bolt directly on or will I need to do some modifying? I have an 01' A4

yes they will all bolt on no problem there is some work required for the side skirts but its not that bad
