Default bilstein heavy duty's w. sport springs

When I bought my car, the previous owner had replaced the stock (non-sport) shocks with Bilstein Heavy Duties. The ride is very nice, although could use for some stiffer springs, as there is a bit of body roll in the turns. Can Bilstein HD's handle sport springs, or will I blow them out? Anyone here have the HD's paired with sport springs?

fyi, my car is a 98.5 B5. Thanks.

additionally, any recommendations for brands of sport springs, and how much should it run me to have the springs installed?

I have them with Race Springs. They work great. Sport spring will be no problem for them. Watch the classifieds and you can get a set of sport springs for cheap. H&R, Eibach, Vogtland, etc. are all good. Even the stock sport springs are pretty good.

i think there are some "coilovers" you can just add to your existing shocks

i believe bilstein reccomends using sport shorks as oppose to the heavy duty for lowering springs, could be wrong but i think that is the way ts supposed to be done. whatever i sell them both let me know if you want them.

read my initial post. I already own the bilsteins. I don't need to buy them again. My question was about SPRINGS.

Bilstein does recomend sport shocks instead of the HD's for lowering springs. They actually have the same valving, only the HD's have a longer piston to accomidate the higher ride. I've heard mixed things from various mechanics saying it was ok to run sport springs w/ the HD's.
