Default Blown turbo agian?

Ok, just went through a turbo yet again, driver side was just replaced, and im still having an issue. The car will only hold about 8 psi and is louder than usual, and sometimes spikes high like 15-16 and make a bit of a screech and will dump boost pretty roughly. There is not always screeching so thats why i think it might not be a turbo, im hopin its just a boost leak, what does it sound like to you guys?

I know this isnt much help but it sounds like it could be either. Search your hoses and check for leaks. Let someone slightly rev your motor to see if you can hear the Turbo. If it is going out then you should be able to hear like the wheel grinding in the cartridge. Goodluck with this!

it sucks but alot of times the turbos need to be replaced at the same time or else the other blows pretty quickly after.

any more thoughts? i'd love to hear more ideas before i yank the turbos. ive checked the more easily accesseble pipes for leaks and nothing, the car also dumps boost very strangly, let off the gas when boosting and its pretty jumpy, i have a bad o2 sensor, you dont think this could be causing any problems like this, and its possible i have a clogged cat.... would that cause screwy boosting to happen?
