Default is this a good deal?

i've done a bit of research on S4s because i'm very interested in buying one. i came across this:

2005.5 manual S4 with 23k miles on it for 35k (i might be able to push that down to 34k). Navy blue exterior with the black and white interior and aluminum trim. it appears to be in pretty good condition with a clean carfax. i've asked the dealer if it's been in any accidents and they say it hasn't. my current car has a clean carfax but it had its fender replaced due to an accident.

kbb suggests 41k for it, edmunds suggests 38k.

the reason i ask is because i probably haven't done as much research into S4s as you S4 nuts have. the 2005.5 has the current body style, but could the body style be changing soon. could it happen as soon as08.5? usually body style changes drive older body style prices lower much faster. i am not hard-pressed for a new car, but i'm very interested in getting one.

what do you guys think? i may join the s4 owners club this week

edit: i also recall reading a thread that 04 and 05 prices are plummeting recently.

That's not a bad price if it's a clean car. Yes... B6/B7 S4 prices have been dropping lately, but they're still worth something if they're in good condition with relatively low miles like the car you are looking at.
