You have to get the fault codes checked by the dealer, if something goes wrong with the system it won't let you adjust the system until its fixed.

I had a similar problem in my allroad this past July. We took it to the dealer and they said the driver's side rear ride height sensor was bad. It was obvious that something was wrong in that corner because it would not go up when I tried to raise the ride height. The lights on still worked on my ride height indicator. Hope this helps.

It could either be a blown air bag or height sensor there, thats why you need to pull the fault codes. There would be a fault for a bad sensor.

I had a remote starter put in yesterday and noticed today that the suspension light is on and the manual ride height buttons dont work.I turned off the car and started with the key and this time the suspension light was off and the compressors were raising the car, then it quit and the light came on. I assumed this had to do with a wiring problem with the new remote starter but after reading a few things, sounds like there are many other things to check. Too much of a coincidence though if theres actually something wrong now.

Also the dome/map lights flash with thekeyless entry but won'tlightwith the buttonat all whether the car is on or off. What did the remote starter installer do wrong?
