How do I know my 01 s4 isa 2001.5 or a 2001?

 

New vs. Old badges... Guess which one is which?!? Aluminum side mirror housings vs. body color. Body color = 2001, Aluminum is 2001.5. NOT ALL 2001.5s HAVE ALUMINUM HOUSINGS HOWEVER!!! This was part of the sports package... But if you HAVE aluminum housings, it's a safe bet that you've got a .5.

Those are 2 really simple ways, however in all honesty right during the changeover, you never really know. VIN is the only way...
