Default strange noise

Finally have my car back from the body shop, but now there it is making a weird sound. Its an odd squeek, almost cricket like, it happens between 35-45 mph only; it happenes regardless of what gear the car is in; and I cannot replicate it in neutral reving the engine. I would also say it occurs at around 3-4K RPM although I have heard it at lower. I have not noticed any loss in power. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Its probably the suspension, push down on the front fenders to see if you can get the noise again. If you can hear it, replace all your upper control arms.

Nope, pushing on the fenders doesn't produce any noises and my ride has been smooth- I guess I forgot to mention that its a B5 S4

Paid a little closer attention today, it seems its right around 40 mph that you hear it, and more like 2.5 to a little over 3K rpm. It also seems to be intermittent. I know its a long shot to figure out, but I just wondered if anyone had any input.
