Default Can I turn off the Smart Traction Technology

I have replced mt tires, balanced them, and swapped them around and I still have a wobble when I am going over 65MPH and when I turn a bit on the highway...So I was told it may be the smart traction...is there a relay that disconnects this so I can drive it and see if it stops? I have had the whole front end put on a lift and checked out...everything is fine..

What's "smart traction" ? Never heard of it. A shifted belt on one tire could cause this, but changing the tires should have fixed this.
IF you steering wheel vibrates at hwy speeds, it's the front end, tires, bent wheels, or half axles. Check the whole front end including brakes, rotors.
