Help me Spend Some Mulla!!
Depends what you want out of the car. For performance, personally I think the 19mm ARB is one of the best bang for the buck mods you can get on the TT. If you are more concerned with car audio...get a new stereo.
If sound is important to you then you will notice a significant improvement over the stock headunit with any aftermarket unit. I went with a pioneer with bluetooth, 7-band equalizer, full set of preamps for the future, and built-in crossovers. The difference is night and day.
Is a sway bar upgrade recommended for stock suspension? If so, front, rear or both. I will be on track with this but also a daily driver.
Any reco for diameter?
Thanks

Stiffer/bigger front sway = more understeer
Stiffer/bigger rear sway = more oversteer
Helps keep car flatter under steering loads & limits weight shifts during turning transitions. Most fwd vehicles (like the Mazda3) suffer from understeer out of the box which is why a stiffer rear bar is usually a key mod.

Don't mean to jack the thread but your stereo question made me think to ask....
I have an 01 225. I went down to Car Toys to get a new head unit. I was told by them that I have to replace all the speakers as well because the amp is intergrated into the stock head unit. Is this true? I did not want to spend 1k +I just want something that I can plug my zune into and a nicer head unit. I just wanted to spend 300-450 and retain the stock speakers. Is this possible?
